However, despite our best efforts, we understand that it is impossible to satisfy every customer, as people have different needs and expectations. Yesterday, we received a 2-star review complaining about the menu of the <a href=\"https:\/\/onetripwithlocal.com\/tour\/hanoi-vegan-food-tour\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"3112\">Vegan Food Walking Tour<\/a>, which was a challenging day for us. They expressed that they had higher expectations and appreciated the host&#8217;s knowledge. We value different opinions and learn valuable lessons to continuously improve our service. It is also an opportunity to analyze our tours and menu. Although this review temporarily impacted our rating, we are confident that we can enhance the overall experience, and we greatly appreciate the other guests&#8217; excellent reviews.
