After the Fall 2025 training, we are excited to announce that our new hosts, Thao (Thea), Phuong, Thao Huong, Thao Nguyen, Trang & Duong, are ready to welcome guests on tour! The past five weeks of intensive preparation have truly paid off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duong hosted his very first tour and he was so happy that the guests enjoyed the experience very much.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

During training, our hosts went through a carefully designed process: starting with overall tour guidelines, handling real-life situations, and developing their own storytelling based on key themes and points of the tour. They shadowed experienced hosts, wrote reflective reports, received detailed feedback, and gradually took on more responsibility\u2014moving from observing, to co-hosting at 50%, then 80%, and finally leading tours independently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our new host started to follow one of our best experienced host, Yen Dung, to learn.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Every step of the way, mistakes were reviewed constructively, turning them into opportunities for growth. This process ensures that our hosts not only gain confidence but also deliver authentic and memorable experiences for our guests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the results are already shining through! We just received our very first guest review for Thea\u2019s tour: \u201cThea hat die Tour ganz wunderbar durchgef\u00fchrt. Es war ihre erste eigene Tour und dementsprechend war sie ein bisschen nerv\u00f6s, das hat aber nur zur Lockerheit der Tour beigetragen. Die ausgew\u00e4hlten Spots zum Essen waren super, die Zeit war gut gew\u00e4hlt, so dass wir nie hetzen mussten. Danke Thea!\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our guest noted that Thea was a little nervous at first\u2014understandable for a first solo tour\u2014but it actually added to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Most importantly, she guided the group seamlessly, with well-chosen food stops and a perfectly paced schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
