Last week, the OneTrip local team completed our training for the 2026 autumn food tour season<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We spent time introducing our new hosts to some of the hidden gems of Hanoi\u2019s Old Quarter<\/a><\/strong>, along with the stories, people, and local flavours behind each place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We shared local stories, hidden gems, and even enjoyed some tea and sugarcain juice together <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

After shadowing our experienced hosts and learning from them along the way, our new hosts will soon be leading their own tours, sharing these little pieces of Hanoi with guests from all over the world <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every food tour is more than just food. It\u2019s about the stories behind the streets, the people behind the dishes, and the everyday life of Hanoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
