With almost 2,000 online reviews (98.5% of them excellent), our team has been working hard to improve the overall experience. However, despite our best efforts, we understand that it is impossible to satisfy every customer, as people have different needs and expectations. Yesterday, we received a 2-star review complaining about the menu of the Vegan Food Walking Tour, which was a challenging day for us. We carefully read the review and worked together as a team to address and improve the issue.
We also reached out to the guest to better understand their concerns. They expressed that they had higher expectations and appreciated the host’s knowledge. However, they were disappointed with the menu.
Fortunately, other guests who dined on the same day left 5-star reviews, which is a positive sign. We value different opinions and learn valuable lessons to continuously improve our service.
