Great experience! Trang is sweet and sociable - she put in the effort to create a unique itinerary and introduce us to dishes and places we would hardly have discovered on our own. We learned a lot about the life and culture of modern Vietnamese people and had a wonderful evening. Highly recommend!
Linh was an amazing guide!! I learned so much about Vietnamese history and culture, how Hanoians live, and about street food culture. We had an incredible and fun time and the food choices were all very delicious - I found some of my favorite Vietnamese dishes on this trip that I had not tried before! This tour was truly special, an opportunity to see a side of Hanoi you wouldn't normally as a tourist, and discover vegan treasures buried amongst the chaotic street food culture. Some highlights were street pho, mung bean sticky rice, delicious cut fruit and deep fried mini donuts. All very sanitary and left feeling energized, full and nourished as opposed to a food coma I expected! This was some of the most delicious food of 5 weeks spent in Vietnam and a highlight experience. The group was intimate and great vibes. Shout out to our lovely guide, Min! Thank you so much!
The tour was really good but what it made a huge difference was Thea and her knowledge about Hanoi’s Old Quarter. It was more than a food tour, it was a cultural experience. Thank you, Thea!! Will definitely recommend it!!

This tour was amazing from start to finish. I’ll admit I’m not normally a tour person but walking around the streets of Hanoi tasting the amazing vegan options the city has to offer was like an evening out with a friend. Vu is an excellent storyteller and shares his passion of food and his country so beautifully. The food is incredible and visiting local spots means short conversations with locals too. I would say if you love vegan food and local life, this tour is a must do when you visit Hanoi - thank you Vu!

That’s why we make sure that everyone can have a great food tour experience, no matter what they eat. We make it easy too, by giving vegetarian-friendly options so everyone can have a great time.
More than 10+ locations
The maximum group size is 8 people (though usually, we have 4-6 participants). Smaller groups make it easier to explore hidden gems, ask the host questions, and engage in meaningful conversations about history and politics. This is not possible with larger tour groups.

Show up hungry - I went on the same evening as another solo traveller so we shared everything and it was still a lot of (great) food. What makes it 5 stars for me is that it isn't just eating - its the information sharing in between restaurants - we learned a lot!
The tour with Kien and An was really nice.
They showed us corners of the old town that we would probably never have seen alone.
The choice of food was also great and we went home full. We always learned a little bit about the history of each restaurant and the food, which we really liked.
Kien and An are super personable and nice. We had a lot of fun together and would recommend the tour 100%.
