Our agent, Yen was so very helpful and patient with all of our questions to customise the tours for a group 6. She was informative and courteous. We appreciate her taking time to explain things we didn't understand and gave us more options in Hanoi and Ninh Binh. I booked this tour for my team of 6 people. This tour made us feel like we was exploring Hanoi the way locals do. Our guide took us deep into the Old Quarter, stopping at tiny stalls and family-run spots I'd never notice on our own. Every dish felt authentic and full of flavor. It was the perfect blend of eating, walking, and learning about 36 ancient guild streets.
Our guide Dung was exceptional and shared lots of fascinating information and stories, bringing new perspectives to us. We especially loved the ‘non-touristy’ aspect of the tour. It was wonderfully customised to our interests, we wanted a mix of food, the Old Quarter, and more history.
Because we were travelling with our parents, we also preferred a slower pace, and Dung adapted perfectly, making sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged. Her warm and inclusive style made us feel truly welcome.
A tour not to be missed if you are interested in the history of Hanoi and the War of Resistance (as we learned from Dung, the Vietnamese name for what we know as the Vietnam War). Highly recommended!
