I had a great time on my tour, Quang was an excellent guide with great knowledge and was able to answer any questions I had. It was an interesting tour as it is slightly different to the kind of thing you may be used to. It was very interesting to get an insight to the Vietnamese people’s relationships with death and the traditions they carry. Would recommend to anybody who is interested to have more of an insight to Vietnamese culture rather than your average “touristy” tours in Hanoi!

Kien is so knowledgeable, and gave us a very interesting perspective on how spirits, ghosts and ancestors factor in to Vietnamese life. We’ve gone on ghost tours/walks many times in many countries, and this was the best one yet. Compared to the western perspective we’re used to, this helped us get an understanding of more of the culture. We walked through several locations in the Old Quarter, and Kien took such good care of us all the way, and we learned about both rituals concerning the dead, as all we as historical facts related to the sites in the city. Kien speaks perfect English, so nothing to worry about if language is a barrier. He could also answer our wide-ranging questions, and is such a cool guy.
