🌟 New season, new stories, new faces — our Autumn 2025 journey begins!

Last week, we welcomed our new trainees for the Autumn season. 🌟 After their interviews, they joined us offline at the office for training, and then stepped into the field with our hosts to learn our stories and approach. We’re so proud — everyone is picking up so quickly and already sharing stories with guests. Even better, we’ve received wonderful reviews from our visitors. 💬✨

What makes us happiest is that we’re learning and growing together as a team. This season is full of new energy, and we feel ready for what’s ahead! 🙌

We’re also incredibly excited to welcome the very first 70 international and Vietnamese exchange students from two universities in Hanoi 🇻🇳🌍 — in just a few days, we’ll take them for a special walk through the French Quarter. 🏛️✨ Together, we organized free cultural experiences to share our history and heritage with them. Beyond that, we’re collaborating with the university’s Tourism faculty to host interns — a two-way learning journey where we share our practices while gaining fresh ideas and innovations from students. 🎓💡

This Autumn promises growth, learning, and meaningful connections. 🍁 We can’t wait to share it all with you! We hope that soon our new team members will be ready to deliver wonderful experiences — welcoming guests to Hanoi, sharing our local lives, and so much more!
