Last week, the OneTrip local team completed our training for the 2026 autumn food tour season

We spent time introducing our new hosts to some of the hidden gems of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, along with the stories, people, and local flavours behind each place.

After shadowing our experienced hosts and learning from them along the way, our new hosts will soon be leading their own tours, sharing these little pieces of Hanoi with guests from all over the world
