Vegan and vegetarian food and drinks
For guests who eat meat, many food tours have a lot of dishes to pick from. But it’s not always easy for vegetarians to find a food tour that fits their diet. That’s why we make sure that everyone can have a great food tour experience, no matter what they eat. We make it easy too, by giving vegetarian-friendly options so everyone can have a great time.

Small group
The maximum group size is 8 people (though usually, we have 4-6 participants). Smaller groups make it easier to explore hidden gems, ask the host questions, and engage in meaningful conversations about history and politics. This is not possible with larger tour groups.

This was a wonderful experience. Our hosts were super friendly and personable, and really knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed asking them question, listening to their stories and, of course, eating lots and lots of delicious vegan food. I absolutely recommend this for a low-key, but very interesting way to spend your afternoon.

Highly recommend this choice!!! We ended up just the two of us with our guide, Cong. We tried a ton of different food- savory sticky rice, lots of local fruit, donuts, banh mi, sugar cane juice, beer, noodle salad, coconut ice cream with sweet sticky rice. All were from establishments we would have never went to on our own, and offered a more authentic portrayal of daily life in Hanoi. At most places, we were the only tourists. Cong was really kind and answered all our questions honestly and thoughtfully. Most kindly, he stayed with us at the end an extra 20 minutes and helped our taxi locate us. One note- it’s *extremely* hot in Hanoi in June and all but one of these food places are outside with no AC, so please note if that’s not your style, as the experience involves walking too, so there’s potential to end up quite sweaty. Overall, we recommend this tour and Cong highly and without reservations!

It was a great tour, got to try a couple of things, I personally wouldn’t have tried due to lack of knowledge. Enjoyed the tour.

Quang was a very engaged and passionate tour guide, who taught us about both Vietnamese culture and the delicious food we got to eat. We saw corners of Hanoi we would have otherwise missed. Highly recommend!
