In recent weeks, traveling to Hanoi has become more difficult for many international guests. Normally, March and April are some of the busiest months of the year for welcoming visitors from around the world. However, this year has been quite different.

Due to flight cancellations in Dubai and Qatar, a number of our guests unfortunately had to cancel their trips to Vietnam. We completely understand how disappointing this must be after planning a long-awaited journey.
All bookings affected by these flight cancellations have been fully refunded, and we truly appreciate the understanding and kindness shown by our guests during this unexpected situation. We sincerely hope that travel conditions will improve soon so that everyone can once again visit Hanoi and experience the beauty of Vietnam.
In the meantime, we would love to share some of the beautiful words and memories from our previous guests, which continue to inspire us every day.

While waiting for international travel to return to normal, our team has also been spending time researching traditional craft villages around Hanoi. Very soon, we will launch new tours that take guests deeper into local culture and craftsmanship.
One of the places we are especially excited about is Quang Phu Cau, a traditional village famous for its vibrant incense-making craft. Here, generations of craftsmen have been creating colorful incense sticks using techniques passed down through families for many years.

We also spent lots of time conducting research and testing new routes for the Morning Run Through Historic Hanoi – 12K Signature Route to bring more special experiences for guests. The idea is to share stories of 1000 years of Hanoi before the motorbikes show up.

We look forward to welcoming guests back to Hanoi soon and sharing these unique cultural experiences together.
