We shared stories and lessons from the past month, from the little moments that made guests smile to the unexpected situations that taught us something new.

Our new hosts have already started shadowing experienced hosts, discovering just how much there is to learn in a 2.5 hour tour. How do you share fascinating stories without overwhelming guests? How do you keep them curious while staying focused on the theme of the tour? And how do you connect what you know with the local communities around you?

We also shared practical tips on learning from local people, managing time, and becoming more confident as a host.

Behind every great guest experience, there is also a strong operation team. We went through everything from receiving a booking and confirming with guests, to making sure everyone knows where to meet, who to contact when something goes wrong, and how to handle situations such as late arrivals, no shows, or emergencies.

We’re excited, prepared, and ready to welcome you to Hanoi this Autumn and Christmas season!
