This week, our focus is on improving communication skills with guests and understanding the purpose of hosting a tour. The team will also have time to get to know each other. We are all committed to supporting each other during the next four weeks of training, where we will learn about the route and gain knowledge on how to run a tour.
In the meantime, our teammate Kien has a Cho Gioi tour in the morning. We received a message from Jill expressing gratitude to Kien for taking extra time to accompany him to the ATM so he could withdraw cash.
Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure that our guests have the best experience in Vietnam. We firmly believe that none of this would be possible without a strong team.
