It was a wonderful day hosting a food walking tour for this lovely couple from the US. They are YouTubers Travelholic. We sampled so much Vietnamese street food that day in the Hanoi Old Quarter, and our team was thrilled that you enjoyed it as much as we did. After they posted the video on YouTube, we were very happy to have so many wonderful comments from travelers who wish to visit Vietnam one day but also local Vietnamese.
”I am Vietnamese and I haven’t heard of kem xoi before until now. that dessert looks so amazing. I love coconut ice cream. Just never had that combo before. Cong’s English is amazing. This food tour is different from other I’ve seen on YT. The tour guides usually drove the tourists around on a motorbike.” – @Wildrice.
”Awesome vlog! I enjoyed your tour. The two of you are adorable and how open you are to trying new flavors! Cong is such a sweet and handsome guy, you’re lucky to have had him. The food he had you try looked delicious! Hope y’all are or had a great time in Vietnam! How was the rest of the food?” – Comment from Chopstixxz.
“He’s a great tour guide…I think the best tour guides have been in Hanoi (I’ve seen 4 great ones so far: yours, “Flora and Note”, MomDuty, and “This Food Bangz”). I’ve seen one good one in Hoi An (“Steph and Pete”) and one good one in HCMC/Saigon (“Chase and Shelbs”…most are run by XO).
“Amazing tour! I am hungry just watching it. The Banh Mi was so fresh and crispy. You guys are wonderful hosts as you both have such a warm personality and amazing smiles! Being friendly and warm in a foreign country goes a long way. Keep up the great work. I love your videos, and I am a new subscriber.” – comment from Thuy Duong.
We are thrilled to have you join us and we all look forward to seeing you in the future.
