Exciting October is approaching!

Our Onetrip with local team has a monthly meeting on the last Sunday of each month to go over things with the team. We spent the first few minutes talking about the funny and positive aspects of the tours we ran last month. We also conducted training on the topic of how to communicate with guests to improve our communication skills. We provided real case studies so our hosts would know how to handle expected and unexpected situations. We discussed what to do when guests have food allergies, when guests arrive late; when guests make a wrong date booking but the host is already at the meeting point, etc.

Meeting Exciting October is approaching!

We are also proud of our hosts. Four of us have passed the view marks this month, with Vu Chu surpassing 150 reviews, Kien surpassing 70 reviews, and Mina having almost 200 reviews. In total, we have received a reward of 2,800,000 VND. Additionally, we are very proud to have donated 3,000,000 VND of our profits to the Green Elephant Project, The Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, and the Blue Dragon Foundation.

We have also resolved the issue with the 2-star review from the guests, and now everything is back on track.

Last week, Yen hosted a food walking tour for Lisa @lisainjapan, a famous photographer who lives in Japan. She posted stories about us on Instagram, and when we woke up the next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to have gained over 30 new followers. Lovely people sent us messages expressing their excitement to join our food walking tour. You are all very welcome here!

The last story is about our host Kien. Kien hosted two guests from the Philippines who had food allergies and couldn’t continue after joining the first part of the tour. Kien didn’t tell us at the time, but he later rescheduled the tour for the guests the next day for free, and the guests were very happy with Kien’s hospitality. We are so proud of Kien’s warm heart and kindness.
